• Lead strategic planning efforts including the design and facilitation of key strategic meetings.

• Facilitate a process for organizations to align around their fund raising priorities and help them develop underlying fund raising strategies that are targeted appropriately.

• Conduct organizational reviews and develop an organizational design that can deliver the capability necessary to achieve agreed upon strategic goals. 

​

• Conduct comprehensive board governance assessments focused on defining overall board objectives, identifying key capability gaps and determining go-forward roles and responsibilities.
