• In collaboration with leadership teams develop a strategic roadmap that aligns stakeholders around a clear path forward.

• Conduct organizational 360s through one on one interviews to understand key organizational issues.

• Tune the organization's design so capabilities in the organization can be fully harnessed to execute the plan. 

 

• ​Orchestrate major organizational change programs including transformations, turnarounds and restructurings. 

 

• Design and facilitate retreats for leadership teams and boards to support alignment and execution. 

 

• Assist early stage and mid stage high growth enterprises develop strategic and organizational roadmaps and funding plans. 

 

• ​Provide executive coaching and counsel to CEOs and selected members of the senior leadership team.
